Collaboration is a tool for meeting the complex societal challenges we face and is a vital part of Health Innovation at Halmstad University. Collaboration occurs between the Schools of the University as well as with private enterprise, public sector and community partners.
Health Innovation at Halmstad University creates meeting places and forums for dialogue and discussion between stakeholders. This leads to a greater understanding of the collaborators operations, increased exchange of knowledge between individuals and organisations as well as greater opportunities for sustainable cooperation.
Health Innovation at Halmstad University has several different collaboration projects on different levels. An example is that Region Halland and the municipalities of Halland have representatives engaged in the management group of Health Innovation at Halmstad University.
The two EU financed HICube projects are carried out in close collaboration between Halmstad University, Region Halland, private enterprise and the municipalities of Halland.
HICube Competent Healthcare will increase the possibilities of development and implementation of innovations through knowledge development and exchange of experiences.
HICube Needs Oriented Health Innovation Arena, which is run through the Centre for Health Technology Halland, works as an innovation arena for the collaborators.
