I teach mental health nursing at general and advanced level.

Research
My research is focused on mental health promotion and the definition of dimensions of health among patients in mental health services. My PhD thesis (2007) dealt with development of an instrument to evaluate positive aspects of health among patients in mental health services.

The following years were dedicated to the evaluation of the implementation and assessment of psychosocial rehabilitation in mental health services and subjective experiences of psychoeducation in group among patients with severe and persisting mental illness.

My other research project concentrate on the physical health among people with severe mental illness related to physical activity and diet. I am also involved in a project focused on shared decision making regarding treatment in mental health services.
