Research
My primary area of research is mindfulness focusing on: (a) basic research aiming to understand Mindfulness and it´s mechanisms, (b) psychometric research on how to measure mindfulness, (c) the effects of mindfulness training (eg, mindfulness-based interventions) on psychological health, (d) how mindfulness is related to attention skills, and (e) the effects of mindfulness training on sports performance.

My secondary area of research is physical exercise and mental health.
