Personal Account
To apply online the student must first create a personal account in which he/she can make his/her application. It is possible to save the application and continue to work on it at a later stage.

To have a complete application the following steps are necessary:

• The student needs to be nominated by his/her home university
• A completed online application printed and signed (Important: both the student and the International department at your home university need to sign the application)
• A transcript of Records obtained in previous years of study
• A selection of courses sheet, found here (pdf, 120 kB)  (Important: A semester of full time studies comprise of 30 higher education credits)
• A separate document containing necessary information regarding your Home University´s address and the contact information of your Erasmus coordinator
• Send the signed printed online application, selection of courses sheet, transcript of record and the information document either by email to:

Please note the application form MUST be signed and stamped both by the student and the international coordinator at the home University otherwise it is regarded as incomplete. If Halmstad University is not notified in beforehand, late applications will not be processed. A confirmation regarding the English proficiency may be required from our exchange students.
