Study Abroad programmes are only applicable for students coming from a Halmstad University partner institution

Electrical Engineering with Emphasis on Wireless System Design , 60 credits



Develop your knowledge and skills within the area of wireless technology applications.

The degree programme primarily seeks to develop the knowledge and skills required to be able to work with the development and maintenance of electrical engineering and other technical products and systems, especially within the area of wireless technology applications.

The degree programme also aims to cater for the European labour market's need for expertise within electrical engineering, in particular system design within the area of RF-electronics.

Students will then be in a position to continue their studies at advanced level within the main degree area, including master's degree level courses and programmes.

Degrees
Upon successful completion of the course, assuming that all requirements for the degree have been fulfilled, the degree certificate will be issued with the title of Degree of Bachelor of Science in Engineering within the main subject area of Electrical Engineering.

Specific eligibility requirements
120 credits corresponding to the first two years of the Electrical Engineering Programme at Halmstad University. Basic courses in Mathematics (30 ECTS credits) and courses within the main subject area of Electrical Engineering (90 ECTS credits) including analogue and digital electronics, computer engineering, and control theory.

Selection rules and procedure
Available for exchange students. Limited numbers of seats.
