Accommodation in Halmstad
There are two main alternatives
- Halls of residence: The rooms are furnished, the tenants share kitchen and bathroom.
- Shared private flat: The rent depends on the size, standard and location of the flat.
The rent is approximately SEK 1950:- – 3500:-/month.
Booking accommodation in advance
For all information about accommodation and pick-up and how to apply, please visit the Student Unions website: http://bowebb.karen.hh.se/
and click on the English flag. To make reservations for accommodation and pick-up service, please follow the instructions below

2. Select English flag
3. Log in by using your personal code number and activation code
4. Activate your account and log in
5. Go to “bowebb bostäder"
6. Read through the information at the website.
7. Select Notification of interest
8. Fill in the interest form1. Go to the Student Union website and then the section for international students.
Last date to submit: December 1st, 2011. These date is final and no exceptions will be made!
PLEASE NOTE:
EU/EEA students have to pay a membership fee of 2000 SEK for the accommodation and pick-up service
Non-EU/EEA students who are required to pay tuition fee, does NOT have to pay the membership fee as the accommodation and pick-up is included in the tuition fee.
