Documentation of upper secondary education.
Your upper secondary education must be documented with certified copies of the diploma as well as a transcript of all subjects and grades.
Unless your school leaving documents are in English, French, German, Spanish or the Nordic languages you will also have to submit authorized translations. Only final and officially issued documents are valid.
Support English language skills.
For courses and study programs where English is the language of instruction, the English language entry requirement is the equivalent of English studies at upper secondary level (post-16) in Sweden, called English B or at the lower level, called English A. At Halmstad University the required level varies so please check the course/program description thoroughly.

Documentation of studies at university level.
If you have a university degree you should document this with certificates and diplomas at an internationally recognised higher education institution and transcripts of completed courses and grades.
Swedish language requirements
If you want to take your courses in Swedish you must provide information about your knowledge in the Swedish language. You can do so either by providing grades from Swedish upper secondary school or equivalent: "svenska kurs B" or "svenska som andra språk kurs B" with a passing grade (Godkänd). Or by taking the Swedish proficiency test, TISUS (Test i Svenska för Universitetstudier).

To be admitted for studies at Halmstad University you need to reach certain levels.
