Post Office

The Swedish postal service is divided into "Posten" (stores with a blue and a yellow post sign), where you can receive and send packages and letters, and "Svensk kassaservice", where you can pay your bills.

The Swedish Post Office

Posten, the Swedish Post Office, is a state owned company. If you want to send a letter or a package you do not have to visit Posten, instead some grocery stores, like Maxi next to Halmstad University, and some petrol stations provide that service. These stores and petrol stations have the blue and yellow post sign outside.

Stamps can be bought in most kiosks and the many grocery stores that offer postal services.
