eduroam — an international cooperation
The cooperation eduroam (EDUcation ROAMing) gives employees and students wireless access to internet when visiting other universities that has joined eduroam. Many universities around the world are connected to eduroam. In Sweden eduroam is accessible here.
eduroam is an encrypted network. It is the visited university that provides wireless access, but the authentication of user id and password is maintained at the 'home' university (via 802.1X). For our university the user id should be identity@hh.se and computer configuration as below.
When you are visiting another university be aware of the rules of conduct for eduroam there. User support is provisioned by the 'home' university. For Halmstad University contact helpdesk at helpdesk@hh.se or +46 35 16 71 00.

If you cannot find AddTrust External CA Root in your certificate list you might have to install the certificate. You find the certificate here:
