Welcome to the Student Portal

The Student Portal is a system for students used at Halmstad University for registration and documentation of study results, e.g. Transcript of Records and Registration Certificate.

As a student you can log in to the Student Portal to:

  • Check if you are registered at courses.
  • Check your study results after an exam or before applying for the Degree Certificate or Diploma.
  • Change your temporary address and phone number.
  • Print out your Transcript of Records and Registration Certificate. The authenticity of the letter can be verified online.

To log in


Use your student log-in after following the link on the right. If you have forgotten your account name and password, send an email with your name and swedish civic registration number to helpdesk@hh.se. Your account information will be sent to the address where you are registered.

When you are finished - log out and close your web browser.

If you have any questions or ideas about the Student Portal contact the Student Centre, Building Q, first floor, or the page editor.

If your results appear to have been incorrectly registered, or you have other such questions contact your Department.
