" by 3.5 MSEK, experimental research, demonstrators and test systems will be realized. One important role of the laboratory is to create opportunities for small and medium sized business, in research collaboration with the university, to develop next generation of intelligent products with built-in electronics for sensors, computation and communication. The laboratory, which is tied to the KK-foundation supported research environment CERES, Centre for research on embedded systems, offers both equipment and competence for such development.
In the lab there is equipment for measurement of properties and performance of radio devices. The equipment consists of spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators and probe stations for measurement on both silicon and PCB´s. The lab, as well, has workstations with advanced software for design of integrated circuits.
