GAIN – Green agri-industry innovation

This expert competence, research based advanced education, project is financed by the Swedish KK-Foundation during 2016-2018. The education will be conducted within the frame of Halmstad School of Innovation (HSI).

The project is conducted in co-operation with the following organizations; Hushållningssällskapet Halland, Hushållningssällskapet Östergötland, LRF Konsult, Rådgivarna i Sjuhärad, VÄXA Sverige, and Halmstad University.

The education includes courses in innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership, business models etc and is conducted in flexible forms of education - blended learning. The educational projects address key personnel in order to increase their and the companies’ innovation capacity. Company-specific innovation projects by which a new or improved product, service, process, or business model is developed could be integrated in the courses. Participants: Business leaders, entrepreneurs, researchers and master students along the value chain.

Expected results: - Increased ability to lead innovative work, - Innovations in the form of new or improved product, service, process, or business model, - University courses on master level with credits.
