Participants from Halmstad University, Region Halland and industry partners at the CAISR Health kick-off, marking the start of the next four-year research period.

During the workshop, participants defined key focus areas, strengthened collaboration and agreed on a shared vision for 2028: Driving excellent co-production for the common good in future health and care.

The discussions also highlighted a number of challenges that need to be addressed, such as limited access to data, lack of time and resources, funding issues and complex regulations. Despite these hurdles, the meeting emphasised the importance of teamwork, a clear common goal and a research environment built on trust.

“I am very happy to see the strong commitment and rewarding dialogues that we had during the workshop. I look forward to our collaboration over the next four years, “says Farzaneh Etminani, Profile Leader for CAISR Health.

CAISR Health is carried out in collaboration with Ambea, Avenga, Mediqtech, Mölnlycke, Intersystems, Capio, Novartis and Region Halland, and is funded by the Knowledge Foundation.
