Halmstad University would like to thank you for your time with us! All graduands who intend to complete their degree programme studies at Halmstad University in spring 2019 are kindly invited to join the graduation ceremony at Halmstad Arena on Friday June 7, 2019.
All graduands of Halmstad University are invited to a joint celebration. Our wish is that you will see June 7 as an excellent opportunity to celebrate your degree with your family and friends. You will be able to register for the graduation ceremony from the beginning of March. In March we will also open the possibility to nominate candidates for the awards Student of the Year and Alumnum of the Year. The awards will be given during the joint graduation ceremony.
News for this year's graduation ceremony is that we will arrange a whole graduation week which will include the graduation ceremony at Halmstad Arena, degree programme assemblies, our fair Utexpo and other activities.
By handing out the Student of the Year award, Halmstad University promotes students that have excelled in different ways during their time at the University, and are also positive role models for both the University, its students and the surrounding community.
Students, employees, alumni and friends of the University can nominate candidates for the award linked to the programme to which the student belongs. The nomination must contain the name of the nominee as well as the reason for the nomination.
