Corporate Finance
The topic Corporate Finance concerns how corporations decide on their long and short term investment opportunities, how these investments are funded, and how corporations deal with financial challenges and manage risks over the short and long run. Corporate finance are thus at the very center of how modern corporations are run. The course FÖ6033 provides an overview of a wide range of topics within corporate finance. By mixing theory, exercises, group discussion, seminars and guest lectures with industry experience, the course aims to provide both practical and theoretical knowledge.

Business Administration (1-60) 60 credits. Applicants must have written and verbal command of the English language equivalent to English course 6 in Swedish Upper-Secondary School.
