Ecology and Water: Applications and Innovations
The course aims for deepened knowledge within applied environmental science focusing on applications and innovations within water management based on ecological knowledge. The course should provide an understanding of how scientific knowledge can be used within environmental management and how environmental management is based on retrieval and evaluation of scientific information. The course should also give insight into research within applied environmental science. The course includes field studies, exercises, teacher advised discussions, seminars and project work.
90 credits Environmental Science, Environmental Health, Biology, Environmental Engineering or Natural Sciences with focus on Environment. Applicants must have written and verbal command of the English language equivalent to English course 6 in Swedish Upper-Secondary School.
