Leadership Development
The main aim of the course is that you should learn to reflect upon your own leadership and to be able to evaluate and choose between the different ways of being a leader. You will also develop your ability to critically analyse the meaning of leadership and leadership development; both generally and specifically, based on the current leadership theories. In the course you will work with a theme in an area of leadership, which you choose yourself, and present relevant suggestions and solutions.

Entry requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Economics or the equivalent of 180 Swedish credit points or 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university. Applicants must have written and verbal command of the English language equivalent to English course 6 in Swedish Upper-Secondary School.
