Project Management I
Work in project is increasingly common in all kinds of organizations (public as private). But how do we work in projects? The course is suitable for students with all kinds of background and has as its purpose to give useful competence to lead and participate in projects. The course covers planning and control as well as leadership and group dynamics in a project situation. Many experience based course activities makes theory visible and useful.
