Real-Time Embedded Systems

The course covers design, analysis and programming techniques that are appropriate for real-time and embedded systems.
The course deals mainly the theory and methods of concurrency, real time and reactivity.
The course also deals with the programming language that supports concurrency, real time and reactivity.
The course builds on prior knowledge and experience of sequential programming (Such as C and Java).

Entry requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent) in an engineering subject or in computer science. Courses in computer science, computer engineering or electrical engineering of at least 90 credits, including thesis. Courses in mathematics of at least 30 credits or courses including calculus, linear algebra and transform methods. Degrees from other countries than Sweden must be at the same level as a Swedish Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Algorithms and Data Structures 7.5 credits. Applicants must have written and verbal command of the English language equivalent to English course 6 in Swedish Upper-Secondary School.
