Library information due to the COVID-19 outbreak
Information about how the corona virus affects library services. Changes can occur quickly if recommendations from of the Public Health Authorities or the University change.
The library is open to all visitors, but with restrictions. For all visitors the library should not be considered a meeting place or workplace. You go in, do your errand and go out again.
The library building
- The library should not be considered a meeting place or workplace. You go in, do your errand and go out again.
- A maximum of 50 people is allowed at the same time in the building.
- All Group Study rooms are closed.
- The library desk is staffed weekdays 11 am to 1 pm for questions that need to be answered on site, e.g. payments of overtime fee, problems with the library card and pickup of interlibrary loans.
- The library has unmanned opening hours weekdays 9 am to 11 am and 1 pm to 2 pm. University access card required.
- The staff does not leave the desk to provide help in the library facility. However, we will gladly help you in our digital channels, so feel free to contact us via these instead.
Hygiene
- Visit the library only if you feel completely healthy.
- Keep distance to the next person.
- Wash your hands frequently, desinfection is provided in the library.
- Our toilets are cleaned twice a day.
