Change of course for exchange students
Change of course can only be made if you already are admitted as an exchange student from a partner university at Halmstad University.
It is only possible to change course if there are available seats and for valid reasons like several schedule collisions.
If you study courses on different schools there might be schedule collisions. If this happens, please start with following below steps:
- If it happens one time, talk to the teacher and explain the situation.
- If the collision is every week, try to change lab group if possible!
If above soultions are not applicable, you can apply for change of course by sending an by email to service center with the following information:
- Name
- Student ID number (for example 19850102T123)
- Name of the current course you are admitted to
- Name of the course you wish to change to
Student Affairs will process the request and will notify the student of the result of the request to change course, by email.
