Do you have an idea but no one to share it with? Or are you simply curious about innovation and entrepreneurship? No dream is too small – or too big. HighFive, the Univeristy’s student incubtor is here for you!
HighFive is the innovation arena in the region of Halland, and the official student incubtor at Halmstad University. As part of the University ecosystem, HighFive offers coaching and guidance to help you explore and develop your business ideas.
We’re here for anyone curious about entrepreneurship. Whether you have a well-developed concept or just a thought lingering in the back of your mind – you’re more than welcome to explore it with us.
It’s easy, fun, and completely free of charge. We support you throughout your entire time as a student and for six months after graduation.
What you can gain from working with HighFive
Personal coaching
You’ll receive support from our dedicated student coaches, who help you move your idea forward, find your path, and build confidence as an entrepreneur.
A strong local network
We’ll connect you with companies, entrepreneurs and experts across Halland. As a student, you’ll get the opportunity to take on real-life challenges and develop solutions that make a difference – already during your studies.
AI and future-driven opportunities
We initiate and co-create several projects where students work on real business cases alongside companies and researchers. You’ll gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and learn how to apply your knowledge in practice – especially within AI and tech.
Other activities
Not everyone wants to become an entrepreneur or start a business – and that’s totally fine. But everyone can grow their entrepreneurial mindset. That’s why we host workshops, plan events and run activities designed to help you have fun, manage your studies and give your future career a head start.
