Fresher's week: August 22-31
For exchange students and international students
All new students are invited to 10 days of social activities, organised by the Student Union. During the Fresher's week, you will get to know other Swedish and international students as well as campus and the city of Halmstad, as you take part in games and challenges together with other new students. This is a great way for you to start making friends and build a social network that will enchance your study time at Halmstad University!

Introduction days: Aug 26-29
For international students
The introduction days are organised for international students starting a programme or course package at Halmstad University. During these days, you will be introduced to the University and all the various facilities at campus. You will get information about how to get settled in Sweden and the Swedish study culture. You will be introduced to the digital tools that will be used during your studies, and also get information about the study support functions offered at Halmstad University.
A detailed schedule for the introduction days will be updated closer to date.
