Change or delete a registered entry
As a student you can not edit an already submitted registration. If you want to change something at a later date, please contact Service Center.
Confidentiality
Your thesis will also be available in the University’s e-archive after you have uploaded it to DiVA. The University Archive is responsible for ensuring that theses are available and searchable in the University’s e-archive system after delivery to DiVA.
As a general rule, it is not possible to classify information in student theses as confidential. Theses must be uploaded and published in DiVA, which means that confidentiality is not possible. If a student works with a company and gains access to information in their thesis that the company does not want to be made public, this is resolved by writing a special report to the company. The University should also clearly inform the company that the students’ work is public after examination.
In the case described above, the final thesis should be uploaded to DiVA in the usual way. The special report written on behalf of the company should not be submitted to the examiner or included in the University’s archives, but should only be kept by the company. The examination is public and can therefore only be based on the public report.
