Registration is open between 20 April and 20 May. Register your project for Utexpo 2026 using the form that will be available here.

Each project is assigned a stand. Two posters are included are included regardless of stand size.

Standard sized stand – a round standing table (80 dm), two folding walls and two posters
Large stand – a regular table (70x140 cm), four folding walls and two posters

Extra needs for the stand

400 V 3-phase
University computer – network and power is included

Provide the inventory number when borrowing a computer from the University.

Special needs for the stand

Specify if your project is in need of wired network, wifi, water, compressed air, additional power, etc. (NOTE! Additional power is only for the projects that require it, and should not be used to computer and mobile phones. Please charge your devices before Utexpo.)
