Second Interdisciplinary Workshop on Responsible AI for Value Creation
Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming how organisations, industries and societies create value. However, successful AI solutions require more than technical excellence. Ethical, legal, organisational and societal considerations are equally important for ensuring that AI creates sustainable economic and public value.
About the workshop
- Date: 30 November–1 December 2026
- Location: Halmstad University, Sweden, S Building, room S1022
- Attendance fee: Free of charge, including lunch and dinner
- Capacity: Maximum 100 participants
Use the Mazemap below to locate the venue on the Halmstad University campus.
The Second Interdisciplinary Workshop on Responsible AI for Value Creation brings together researchers from diverse disciplines to explore how AI can be designed, developed, governed and implemented in responsible ways that generate value for organisations and society.
We welcome contributions addressing responsible AI and value creation from multiple perspectives, including:
- Technical development and evaluation of AI solutions
- Ethical aspects of developing and deploying AI
- Legal and regulatory frameworks governing AI
- Organisational challenges and opportunities related to AI adoption
- Economic, societal and public value creation through AI
- Interdisciplinary approaches that combine perspectives across domains
Because many of these challenges span several disciplines, the workshop particularly encourages interdisciplinary research that bridges technical, social, legal and organisational perspectives.
