The course also encompasses operational planning, cost control, and planning methodologies for effective construction. Furthermore, the course includes contract management of publicly procured construction projects and negotiation techniques. The course also features an in-depth assignment aimed at applying a scientific perspective to one of the course's areas in the form of a group-based project.
