About the education
Today’s companies face growing demands from customers, investors and policymakers to become more sustainable. They need leaders who understand both business and sustainability and know how to bring them together.
This one-year programme gives you the tools to make real changes. You will explore how to transform organisations, rethink business models and lead people in a direction that makes a difference. Rather than becoming a specialist in sustainability issues, you will become a business professional with the mindset and skills to drive sustainable transformation – whatever your role may be.
The programme is taught in English and welcomes students from around the world. Your classmates will bring different experiences and perspectives which will challenge and inspire you.
Courses and competencies in focus
The programme includes six courses and a master's thesis, all connected through one idea: to explore what it takes to lead sustainable business. You will learn how to analyse complex problems, understand different stakeholder values, and develop strategies for change. A big part of the programme focuses on how you lead, communicate, and influence your context. This is not just about learning theories, but about becoming the kind of leader who can take action and inspire others.

After the education
Degree
You will graduate with a Degree of Master of Science (60 credits) with a major in Business Administration.
Further studies
You are qualified to apply for PhD and doctoral programs in business and related fields.
