My research interests center on interdisciplinary studies examining how emergent technologies—especially artificial intelligence—affect organizational processes, structures, decisions, and business models. I investigate these transformations across multiple levels of analysis: individual, group, organizational, and ecosystem levels, seeking to understand the complex interplay between technological innovation and humans.
As a Postdoctoral Researcher working on the EFAAI project (Efficient and Flexible Working Life in Healthcare with the Support of Digital Tools and AI), my work explores the human dimensions of technological transformation in healthcare settings. I investigate how AI may alter professional identities, redistribute power and resources, and redefine relationships between patients, healthcare workers, and organizations. Through collaborative research spanning management studies, sociology, and health sciences, I seek to understand how healthcare digitalization can enhance accessibility and equity while preserving human-centered care.
My research approach combines theoretical rigor with practical relevance, drawing on paradox theory, value co-creation frameworks, and implementation science. I collaborate with healthcare providers, medical technology companies, and policymakers to ensure my research addresses real-world challenges. My ultimate goal is to contribute theoretical and practical insights that guide the responsible development and implementation of healthcare innovations, ensuring they serve both organizational efficiency and social justice objectives.
Beyond my research, I actively contribute to the academic community through teaching in innovation management courses at both bachelor's and master's levels, supervising master's theses, and participating in international research networks focused on health innovation and digital transformation.
