My research is focusing on AI implementation in care, with a particular interest in value creation and the service ecosystem tied to the implementation. I have a background in Quality and Operations management, which is reflected in my thesis "Understanding Improvements: value creation in public service systems" where I investigate improvements and value creation in organisational systems containing multiple actors, for example the system for sick leave and rehabilitation in Sweden. The thesis also shows my interest in change management, action research and different management structures.
