Researcher (PhD in Materials Science) focused on evaluating the environmental impact of the Atomic Layer Etch Pitch Splitting (APS) technology, which has been patented by AlixLabs AB for use in semiconductor nanofabrication, taking into account energy and water consumption as well as greenhouse gas emissions. Specifically, this work forms part of the VINNOVA project "Ultraprecise Semiconductor Nanofabrication For Nanoelectronics With Minimal Environmental Footprint".
