Research in musculoskeletal health and physical activity
In my research, I study musculoskeletal diseases, such as rheumatological diseases, osteoarthritis, and long-term pain conditions and the consequences that these have to improve the management. I focus on physical function, lifestyle habits, and the effects and importance of exercise for health.
I am part of the Movement for health and performance (M4HP) and the research group Exercise Biomedicine (ExBiG) which is included in the university’s profile area Health Innovation at Halmstad University.
