I am a university lecturer and associate professor in psychology at the Academy of Health and Welfare, department of Health and Sport. I have mainly worked in four research areas: (i) Mindfulness and acceptance-based methods related to attention, well-being and sport performance, (ii) Exercise and mental health, (iii) Critical thinking in relation to belief in conspiracy theories and disinformation, (iv) "conspirituality" which comprises a new age/spiritual orientation and conspiratorial thinking that in turn is related to cognitive ability, faith in science and psychological health and well-being..
