Working with

I am a doctoral candidate and lecturer at Halmstad University, School of Health and Welfare (HOV). I teach in the university’s nursing program and conduct research within the Doctoral Program in Health and Lifestyle.

My research examines how digital technologies reshape nursing practice, professional roles, and the work environment in municipal home healthcare. Drawing on qualitative methods, my studies examine both the intended benefits and the unintended consequences of digitalisation, including how new systems affect relational, embodied, and adaptive aspects of care.

The overall aim is to generate knowledge that supports sustainable digital transformation in healthcare, where technologies enhance the human dimensions of nursing practice and patient care.
