Development of New Goods and Services

Do you want to learn how to develop new goods or services? This course at Halmstad University provides you with knowledge of useful methods, activities and processes for developing goods, services or any kind of service. You will gain insight into the different steps of the product development process, such as user studies, idea and concept development, presentation and evaluation. You will develop your ability to reflect on product development in relation to sustainable development and other major global challenges. Using your theoretical and practical knowledge, you will develop an idea for a product or service. It should be adapted to a market need and be based on an area that you yourself are interested in.
