Security and crisis management
In an emergency
In case of emergency, call 112 to get to the emergency services, ambulance or police. Do not end the call until you have received instructions from the alarm operator.
Then contact the University Estate Helpline.
Acute damage or problems on the University's property
If you discover acute faults, damage or problems in or around the University's properties, call the University Estate Helpline. You can call around the clock.
Non-urgent matters
For non-emergency cases, report a case in Helpdesk to reach the property support. You can send an email or log in to the Helpdesk self-service.
Report a crime
To report a crime to the police in cases that are not urgent, use the telephone number 114 14.
