Finance in Construction and Energy Systems
The course focuses on tools necessary to make informed investment decisions for construction projects within the energy sector before projects are initiated. The course reviews industry practices and strategic reasonings, and on tools such as cashflow analysis for projects, present-value method, cost-benefit analysis for investment decisions and risk assessments.

Entry requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Building Technology, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent. Including courses of 7.5 credits within the field of Building Technology, 7.5 credits Project Management. The degree must be equivalent to a Swedish högskoleingenjörsexamen and must have been awarded from an internationally recognised university. English 6. Exemption of the requirement in Swedish is granted.
