High-frequency Electronics
The primary course objectives are to gain knowledge of passive components and semiconductor devices and specifically their high frequency characteristics with a focus on modern integrated electronics. The course deals with individual components like bipolar transistors, field effect transistors, and diodes; as well as the structure of the components, their applications and packaging.

Semiconductor Devices 7.5 credits and Applied Electromagnetism 7.5 credits. English 6. Exemption of the requirement in Swedish is granted.
