Business leaders at all levels must be able to develop the resources and organisational capabilities required to create and maintain the benefits of competitive markets; both traditional and emerging. The ways that companies and organisations are trying to develop such competitive advantages are the very core of their strategic management.
This course introduces the concept of strategic management in order to develop a solid understanding of strategic processes and gain a greater understanding of how internal and external contexts create conditions and opportunities for organisational development. The emphasis is on the development and implementation of strategies in different types of businesses and different branches of industry.

Entry requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business Economics or the equivalent of 180 Swedish credit points or 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university. Applicants must have written and verbal command of the English language equivalent to English course 6 in Swedish Upper-Secondary School.
