Digital anamnes and triage in primary care
The project is carried out in collaboration with companies and primary care facilities in the south of Sweden. It is designed around a set of empirical cases of implementation and/or adoption of digital anamnesis and triage in primary care. Through these cases, we explore the implementation and adoption of digital anamnesis and triage and how patient safety is affected by the introduction of these types of tools.
The project aims to contribute knowledge on the implementation and adoption of digital anamnesis and triage in primary care. Especially concerning how patient safety is affected by the use of this type of system. By focusing on a set of empirical cases where digital anamnesis and triage are implemented and/or adopted, the project aims to generate knowledge that can be transferred to other primary contexts in Sweden and internationally.
The project is carried out in collaboration with companies Visiba Care and Collabodoc and with primary care facilities in the south of Sweden. The collaborations ensure that the project and its results stay relevant and are up to date with current practice and development concerning digital triage and anamnesis in primary care. Data from the empirical cases are collected through questionnaires, interviews and observations with managers/leaders, healthcare staff and patients.
