Guidance for digital automation and a good work environment

Digital automation is predicted to have a major impact on the work environment in the private white-collar sector. The work of civil servants can change in ways we have never seen before. Digital automation can mean that tasks are taken over, but also that workers perform work in close and complex interaction with digital colleagues.

The project aims to contribute with knowledge that provides concrete guidance for how digital automation can be realised and promote civil servants’ work environment. The ambition is to contribute to the development of knowledge about the digital work environment with a multidisciplinary perspective on digital automation and work environment.
